Purchasing Terms and Conditions
All purchases made from this website - as well as any made via phone orders - are granted a 24-hour approval period. If you decide not to keep the merchandise you may ship it back to us in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the entire amount of the purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Prices, quantities, and availability of items on this website are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors or errors of omission. While we strive to provide a satisfying experience for all of our customers, if a listed item is sold, out of stock, differs or has changed in description, pricing, or attributes from what is listed on this website, we reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be filled accordingly. Of course, in the event that a problem such as this may occur, we will be happy to try do what we can to arrive at a solution agreeable to all.
We accept a wire transfer of funds in U.S. dollars for any and all purchases.
How to Order
We accept Cash, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money order, and personal check (items sent after check clears).
We use FedEx ground for domestic and international shipping. US shipping for a guitar is usually $68.00 We can ship overnight if requested, the fee for this service varies. International shipping usually runs $200. These fees include shipping, handling, and packaging materials.
Please understand we are dealing used and new ones. The merchandise purchased used are as is condition. All sales are final. The only exception is internet sales. Please make sure you get an in-hand description for guitars purchased via the internet. There is a 24 hour approval period on internet sales. After 24 hours, no returns. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 6% re-stocking fee.
If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer.
